Whilst you are of course more than welcome to visit our luxury North London showroom to discuss your requirements, peruse our extension range of products and purchase them on the spot, you may also wish to make use of our delivery service.

We can and do offer a complete delivery service for all of our products, and we will be more than happy to discus your personal needs with you, when ordering in store or via our website.

We arrange kerb side deliveries and dont carry goods into homes due to health and safety and company policies. Second is that on occasions we will need assistance with certain deliveries either by client or their contractors and this would be discussed with client prior to that delivery.

With that in mind please do feel free to contact us and we will then be able to discuss the delivery of any goods you have ordered from us. However, to answer some of the more standard questions that we often get asked, below you will find all of those commonly asked questions related to deliveries along with their respective answers too.

At what time will my order be delivered?

As part of our ongoing delivery service we always try to deliver orders placed with us at the times we have specified and one the date specified. Keep in mind though that any made to measure/orders may come in separate deliveries once those goods have been manufactured to your specifications.

There may be an additional delay in regards to our lead times if you are placing goods and having them delivered to Northern Ireland.

Can I choose my own delivery date and time?

We will always do our utmost best to fit the delivery date and time around you personally and as such please do discuss any specific delivery instructions with any of our team.

Is it possible to change or amend the delivery address or date/time?

Our customer care team are always on hand to help you, and if for any reasons you do need to change or amend the delivery times and dates or even the delivery address, then please make contact with them and they will be happy to help.

What happens if my order is not delivered as arranged?

If an order you have placed with us does not arrive on the specified date, then you are strongly advised to make contact with our support team. Please do double check the order times and date on the invoice we will supply you with once your order has been confirmed.

What should I do if I only get a part delivery?

Once you take delivery of any goods you have ordered from Letta London, please do check the items delivered with those on your receipt with the delivery notes supplied.

Obviously if you are placing lots of orders for made to order items then they may arrive at different times and possibly by different couriers and delivery companies too. If any items be missing then once again get in touch with our support team.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

The vast majority of items supplied by Letta London and our agents do require a signature when they have been delivered. If you will not be around when your order is planned to be delivered then please contact us if you have an alternative delivery address you would like those goods to be delivered to.

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

We will always do our utmost best to accommodate you if at any time you wish to change the delivery address of any items purchased from us. However, if the delivery address is to be changed within 24 to 48 of the expected delivery time it may not be possible to change that delivery address.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Please note there are no charges for picking up your items purchased directly from our showroom, but there may be a delivery charge for home delivery, this will be displayed on the specific order pages for each of our available items.

Can you deliver to a PO or BFPO addresses?

At the time of compiling this delivery guide we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addressed, however please do contact our support team if you want to arrange for an alternative address for any goods purchased from us and our team will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Do I get a receipt with my delivery?

You will be supplied with a receipt when ordering in person from our showroom, and you will also be sent out a receipt and order confirmation when using our online ordering service. All delivered goods will come with their respective paperwork too. Please always check the goods delivered with your receipt to ensure everything has been delivered.

Do you deliver on bank and public holidays?

We do not usually deliver goods on any public holiday or on any bank holidays, however we may be able to make exceptions to this rule and if you do require goods delivered on such days then please contact us to see if there is any way we can do so.

Is there a limit of how many items I can have delivered?

We currently do not have any maximum in regards to how many items and goods you can purchase from us, and as such no matter how small or large your order actually is we are always going to be able to ensure your orders will be dispatched to you quickly and on time.

What happens after I placed my delivery online?

Once you’ve placed an order with Letta London, you will receive a phone call within 2 wordking days to conform a delivery date.

Can I change items on my order online?
