We are of course aware that sometimes one of our customers may wish to return or exchange an item purchased from us, for a range of different reasons.
Upon delivery we would advise you to check all items carefully for any sign of damage, before you install and use them. You should always ensure that you hold onto things such as the delivery notes, receipts and/or order numbers if you have had any items delivered too, as they act as your proof of purchase.
We operate a fair and reasonable hassle free exchange and refund policy, as we do want you to be completely happy with your purchase at all times.
Therefore if any item or items you have purchased from Letta London is not required please do feel free to return it to our store in its original packaging and in the condition it was sold along with your receipt and in the case of delivery the delivery paperwork too.
We will then be able to process your refund or will exchange that item or those items for you. If the item or items you wish to return or exchange have been delivered then please contact us on our direct phone line and one of our support team members will arrange for the collection of that item or items.
However, our return and refund policy is not applicable for any products that have been specially ordered and made to size, unless those goods are faulty.
All items sold by us do come with their manufacturers guarantee, and as such please do ensure that you keep your receipts and proof or purchase whilst the items are still under those guarantees.
If you do find any product sold by us to you is faulty or has developed a fault, please contact us directly and we will discuss the options available to you to either get that item repaired or exchanged.
We can of course offer a replacement or a repair to such items, however if you want a refund then as mentioned please do bring those items along with your proof of purchase to our showroom. Be aware that nothing in this refunds and returns policy in any way affects you rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
You orders placed with us are protected the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, and as such you do have the right to cancel any order that you have placed for any item bought on this website for a full refund.
However, please be aware that does not apply to the following:
Items that have been collected in our store
Any type of goods and/or services were the price of them is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, and therefore those prices cannot be controlled by the trader
Any made to order goods that have been made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised
All goods that due to their design and use is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Please do also be aware that goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or any additional type of hygiene reason, if those goods have been unsealed after delivery
Any type or kind of goods that become mixed inseparably (due to both their design and nature) with other items once they have been delivered to you.
We are however always more than happy to look to resolve any type of issues directly with our customers and at all times our support teams and managers will be happy to assist with your queries.
To Cancel an Order You Have Placed
If you wish to cancel any order that you have placed with us online, in person or over the telephone, then please feel free to contact us directly to do so and you will find our contact details on the respective section of this website.
You are more than welcome to cancel any order up until 14 days after placing that order with us as per our terms and conditions and returns policy.
You have the right to cancel the contract for internet or telephone-based sales at any time up to 12 working days after receipt of delivery of the goods by notifying us by email.
If you cancel the contract and the goods have already been despatched, you must return them to us in saleable condition in the original packaging, at the address stated within the Returns Policy at your own expense and risk.
On receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods to the original payment method. Refunds will not be made for goods that show signs of attempted installation, whether or not in original packaging. If the goods have not yet been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods to the original payment method immediately
