Return Faulty Items

Letta London works hard to provide a favourable and top-notch service to its customers, which is why providing high-quality, faulty-free items is our priority.

Taking our unofficial motto into account, we are immensely sorry to learn that you are having issues with your package. If you have received a parcel with faulty goods, please let us know about your problem by contacting our customer service support.

Please send us an email at [email protected], providing us with your basic information, including the order number, order date, and when the order was dispatched. Also, please write in full detail about the issues you’re experiencing. This information will help us get to the bottom of the problem quickly.

If you have received goods that are in any way defective, please include photos that show the problem you’re experiencing (the products and the package). If possible, make sure the photos are high-quality so that we can clearly see the distorted products.

The attached photos are crucial to our problem-solving process. In fact, merely describing the problem won’t be enough, unfortunately. Attaching the photos to the email could be challenging, so feel free to contact us before doing it, and we will demonstrate how to continue with the process further.

Note that it’s important to keep any receipts, delivery notes, and similar, as proof of purchase. Additionally, if the item is deemed faulty, please save the original packaging so that we can approve the return. Thank you!
